  • Complimentary ground shipping.
  • Items dispatch within 1-2 business days.
  • Domestic shipping takes 4-6 business days. 
  • International shipping takes 7-14 business days. 
  • 14K Fine Daniela Janette Jewelry requires 10-15 business days for production.
  • All orders are insured for the jewelry's value.
  • We ship with FedEx, USPS, UPS, or DHL. You'll receive an email with your tracking number.

International Orders

  • Complimentary Shipping: On purchases over $200.
  • Orders Under $200: Shipping rates calculated at checkout.
  • International Shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Returns: Accepted within 14 days of shipping except 14k fine made to order jewelry. 
  • Fine Jewelry: All fine 14k gold jewelry are made to order and are non-returnable.
