Our 14K Fine Daniela Janette Jewelry items are made-to-order. Please allow at least 10-15 business days for production. While we are dedicated to fulfilling orders promptly, please be mindful of this production timeframe, given the handmade nature of our products.
If the item is available in our studio, we'll expedite the shipping process for you, ensuring a quicker delivery.
Upon the completion of your order at checkout and the clearance of your payment, an automated invoice email will be sent to you. Kindly check your SPAM/JUNK folder, especially if it is your first order with us.

We trust you're satisfied with your purchase! However, if you need to make a return, you have a 14-day window from the date your order was shipped to do so and only is eligible for exchange or store credit. Please note that there is a stocking fee of $10 for returns.
For all custom orders, we do not accept returns. However, exceptions may apply in certain situations; please contact hello@danielajanette.com to discuss your specific case.
Shipping is complimentary for U.S. Ground Shipping.
We ship all of our items with either FedEx, USPS, UPS. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an automated email including your FEDEX ,USPS or UPS tracking number.
We insure shipments on all orders. For legal purposes, the value of your shipment is non-negotiable and must directly reflect the cost of the jewelry.
For International Orders, shipping rates are calculated using at checkout.
International taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the case of a return or exchange, taxes, duties, and shipping fees will not be refunded.

Fine Jewelry
Our solid gold jewelry only requires periodic cleaning every 2-3 weeks and will not tarnish or corrode. Avoid exposing gold jewelry to bleach, which will quickly cause gold to discolor and possibly damage. Rare chemical reactions can occur with lotions, oil, perfume, etc.
Emeralds and Opals, especially, should be treated with extra special care.
Demi-Fine Jewelry
Protect your demi-fine jewelry by removing it during activities like washing hands, swimming, exercising, cleaning, and applying personal body products. Maintain shine by avoiding contact with soaps, perfume, lotion, makeup, and cleaning products. Wear rubber or metal safety backs with earrings to prevent loss. Store jewelry in a dry area, not the bathroom.
