How long will it take until my order is shipped?

It usually takes 1-3 business days for us to process your order before dispatch. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking number via your email entered at checkout.

International standard shipping may take up to 7-21 days. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. 

What shipping service do you use?

We ship all our items with USPS for domestic orders or DHL for international orders. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an automated email including your tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?

We aim to make our products available globally.

We currently ship to: 

Australia, France, Greece, Italy, Mexico, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Canada.

Do you pay taxes/fees/duties?

For all international orders, please note that the consumer is responsible for any tax and duty fees on orders required to go through customs. Unfortunately, we cannot pre-calculate this fee for you as each country's customs determine the cost.

Am I charged sales tax?

Sales tax is currently charged in the following states: California, Massachusetts, Illinois, New Jersey, Florida, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania. Subject to change; tax will be populated at checkout if applicable.  



Daniela Janette Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. 

Do you accept returns?

Daniela Janette strives for top customer service and wants all customers to be satisfied with their purchases. However, we do not accept returns as each piece is handmade to order, outside of repairs and issuing a defect claim. 

If your piece has been damaged or is defective upon receiving it, please email hello@danielajanette.com for repair authorization within 24 hours of receiving your order. Also, any custom pieces/personalized pieces cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

Can I cancel my order?

You will receive a refund if you cancel your order within 12 hours. 

Can I order a necklace in a different length?

We do offer custom lengths for an additional fee. Please get in touch with us at hello@danielajanette.com and bear in mind that depending on the modification you'd like, the price will vary. Also, keep in mind that custom orders are non-refundable.

Do you do custom pieces?

Yes! We'd love to discuss custom jewelry. Please get in touch with us at hello@danielajanette.com to schedule a consolation to discuss. Also, we love doing bridal jewelry and would be happy to discuss that. 



"I received my necklace, but it is too tight. Can I send it in to get extended?"

We offer a two-inch extension that you can purchase separately from your necklace that attaches to all of our jewelry. 

What is your ring sizing?

All of our rings are standard US sizes. If you need to know your US sizes, we highly suggest getting them sized by a local jeweler. You can also reference our Ring Size Guide. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for determining your ring size. 



What are your materials?

We are considered a demi-fine jewelry brand. 

Demi-fine is a term used by jewelry brands to describe attainable yet premium quality jewelry that sits between cheap costume jewelry (gold-plated) and expensive fine jewelry items. The secret is the gold-filled method, which is created by bonding a thick layer of 14k, 18k, or 22k solid gold on sterling silver or brass. This technique allows you to grow your collection without sacrificing quality under the Demi-Fine name at an attainable price. So you can look good and feel good about where your jewelry comes from.


What color/clarity are your gemstones, and where do they come from?

We use authentic gemstones unless specified otherwise. Please note that no two stones are alike. They can vary slightly in color and size and contain imperfections due to their natural state. Our gemstones are ethically sourced worldwide from Columbia, Australia, India, etc. 



Protect your jewelry by removing it when washing your hands, swimming, exercising, cleaning, and applying any personal body product.

Maintain your jewelry's shine by avoiding contact with agents such as soaps, perfume, lotion, makeup, hair & cleaning products, etc.

Always wear your rubber or metal safety backs with your earrings to prevent loss.

We recommend storing your jewelry in a dry area (not your bathroom). 

All purchases will come with a designer box and pouch.
