"Manifesting is also known as co-creating because it's a collaboration between you and the universe."

I genuinely believe in the Law of Attraction. I stand by it, and I use it to manifest everything in my life, such as career goals, health, and relationships.
For some, this may seem like a foreign concept to them. But here are a few tips to get started on the basics.

#1 Getting Rid of Doubts

To start manifesting, be clear about your goals.

Get rid of your limiting beliefs immediately.

The Law of Attraction states that Energy flows where attention goes. This means that whatever you are putting thoughts into, you will attract. So, if you cultivate ideas along the lines of...

"I'm never gonna be able to quit this job and do what I truly love," or "I really wish I had (enter desire here) BUT (enter excuse here)."

Whatever you desire, one thing is essential:

Make your intention as specific as possible.
For example, saying, "I want to live my dream life," develop a detailed picture of what your day-to-day would look like (think: of time spent, hobbies, values, etc.)

#2 Make Your Intention Sacred

Find some time to be alone and away from distractions. I put my phone away and anything that would break my intention to be focused and imagine what I would like to manifest.

I meditate to get in the mood and have clarity, pour myself a glass of wine or tea, light up some candles, and get right into it.

You can set up your favorite crystals or wear manifestation crystals like crystal quartz or moonstone to call in the right energy.

Of course, you do not need to do it this way. The importance here is to do what feels good to you and what resonates the most with your Soul.

#3 Decide What you Want to Manifest

When you've decided exactly what your hopes, dreams, and goals are, you need to ask the Universe for what you want. This can be done in a variety of ways—prayer, meditation, visualization, speaking your intentions out loud, and using a vision board—but you need to say exactly what you want.

I like to use vision boards.

Vision boards can be used for many different purposes. It can be to manifest a specific thing like the house of your dreams, the career you truly desire, or the family you wish to one day have. Or it could be to create a vision of your future self one year, three years, or ten years from now.

#4 start working toward your goals.

Gabrielle Bernstein, author of one of my favorite books, The Universe Has Your Backmentions that "Manifesting is also known as co-creating because it's a collaboration between you and the universe."

It is essential to understand that there is work to be still done.

Knowing what you want is only half the battle —you will not see any results without action.

My best tip here is once you have written your manifestations, look at them, read them out loud, and chant them every day.

Trust that the Universe received your desires and will work its Magic to deliver them to you.

Remember, you are special, and you matter in this universe.
